Burrs and torque

Mazzer 83mm conical burrs arrive pre-aligned, partially seasoned, and TiN-coated. The Mk.2 bumps torque by about half versus the original Key, with 5-micron stepped adjustment and an RPM knob for light roasts that fight back.

Workflow

Magnetic Magic Tumbler centers on a hardwood pad and spreads grounds for Weiss distribution. Standard 49/58mm tumblers swap in too, shared with the HG-2 hand grinder. Snow or Onyx finish, wood base accent, built-in cleaning brush. About $2,050.
