Fellow’s patented Boosted Boiler brings water up fast—under two minutes—and holds temperature to a tenth of a degree. You can move from brew to steam without waiting out a sluggish thermal block, which is the difference between a weekday shot and a weekend project.

Sensors, screen, and the Fellow app

A full-color LCD and the Fellow smartphone app expose temperature, flow rate, pressure, and water volume in real time. Dial a profile once, save it, and pull the same shot tomorrow without guessing at the dial.

Pressure that tracks the puck

Intelligent pressure control modulates flow from how the coffee resists extraction. Dose, grind, and tamp still matter, but the machine absorbs some of the variance that usually turns home espresso into a coin flip.
