The Missing Piece

For 136 years the Swiss Army Knife has ridden loose in pockets, lost in the lining next to keys and change. Tortoise Gear, already an official Victorinox accessory maker with its FireAnt firestarter, spent years and dozens of prototypes fixing that. The Lamprey91 fits virtually every hidden-rivet 91mm Victorinox model and looks like it came from the factory.

No Tools Required

Installation takes seconds. Hold the knife, hook the middle rivet, rotate, and the clip clicks into the knife's own frame. No screws, no scale swap, no modifications. It sits at the back top of the handle, so every blade and tool still opens freely and the key ring stays clear, and there is still room to run a lanyard.

Small Steel, Extra Jobs

Each clip is precision-made in California from aerospace-grade, age-hardened stainless steel, weighs under four grams, and is sized to double as a 4mm hex driver for Victorinox bit sets. The campaign cleared its goal in 36 minutes. Backers get one for $25, with shipping planned for February 2027.
