Vetiver, Named Out Loud

Comme des Garçons Parfums puts the material in the title and builds the juice around it. To Vetiver is Antoine Maisondieu’s woody-spicy take, shaped with Christian Astuguevieille’s long fixation on the grass. Less cologne flash, more dry root and resin.

Pepper Into Myrrh

Head: black pepper absolute and Spanish white thyme oil. Heart: vetiver oil DM with Somali opoponax. Base: Ambrofix, Moxalone musk, and myrrh resinoid. The trail moves from sharp spice into hay-like vetiver, then warm incense and skin musk — close, earthy, unfussy.

Red Pebble, One Hundred
